Growing up I had an amazing Italian Uncle Frank. I still recall, with loving memories, our endless Christmas dinners at his home. Uncle Frank married Aunt Frances, my mother’s sister. So we now have an Italian Catholic and a Jewish merger. Worked out pretty great. It was at Uncle Frank’s table that I learned to LOVE Italian food. I mean really LOVE. Today it is still my favorite cuisine. As we grow together, I will bring you more Italian options.
When faced with my health crisis and quest for wellness, I was determined to find raw recipes to keep me happy. Raw Pizza was at the top of the list!
Crust
Both versions below can be done in one round /square crust or as larger crackers. In truth you can use any cracker recipe you have.
Tip: When using dehydrator sheets, spread your recipe on a flat surface before placing on the dehydrator trays.
There are a few variations here so be sure to experiment and find your favorites.

Whatever you can think of is perfect.
Personally, my favorite is pizza topped with avocado, olives and sprouts.I like to plate mine with salad, dressing and sprouts.
Once I added olives, this was just too good to miss.
