What Do I Eat For Breakfast?
Delicious Chia Coconut Pudding, of course!
Chia seeds pudding is a fabulous way to get your day going. They are filled with iron, calcium, omegas, magnesium, antioxidants and more.
This is a go to breakfast for me, usually a couple of hours after my alkaline water and green juice. It is refreshing, yummy and so healthy……..of course, it is also very easy!
What a great way to start the day! This is a basic recipe and can be used to create numerous recipes. You have my word that you will absolutely love this.
In order to really make this support my health, waistline and lifestyle, I use freshly made almond mink. Think it takes to much effort, give it a try. You deserve to bring the best into your world….That is what extraordinary living is all about.
This is so important to me that I have included a nut bag my Box of Extraordinary and even made a video for you.

Since I got to this through a link in the “Cancer Cures & Natural Healing Research Group” I thought the following comment could be important: Since this is listed as being high in calcium, (chia seeds are), I want to point out that for people dealing with cancer, keeping calcium intake low is usually really important. And if you are taking in lots of calcium, then make sure you balance it with vitamin K2-MK7.
Also, I would want to be sure that the ingredients are organic, especially the chia seeds and the almond milk, and to be sure that the almond milk does not have any sugar added.
Hello Jeff,
Thanks for taking the time to reply and share your comments.
Totally agree that all ingredients should be organic, when possible.
I teach our readers how to make almond milk without sugar.
TOTALLY agree, sugar is a big deal to be aware of and eliminate.
Forgive me for being a little dense, but your instructions say to “Soak all ingredients overnight, or at least an hour.” You’re not saying to combine the almond milk with the chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon, and soak the whole concoction overnight, are you? I keep my almond milk in the fridge, and wouldn’t want it to sit out on the countertop all night. Did you mean to just soak the chia seeds overnight?
Hello Holly, Sorry if you were confused but I do let it sit in the fridge overnight. MAkes it easy to grab and go withought waihting in the am.
