What Do I Eat For Breakfast?
Delicious Chia Coconut Pudding, of course!

Chia seeds pudding is a fabulous way to get your day going. They are filled with iron, calcium, omegas, magnesium, antioxidants and more.

This is a go to breakfast for me, usually a couple of hours after my alkaline water and green juice.  It is refreshing, yummy and so healthy……..of course, it is also very easy!

 

What a great way to start the day! This is a basic recipe and can be used to create numerous recipes. You have my word that you will absolutely love this.

In order to really make this support my health, waistline and lifestyle, I use freshly made almond mink.  Think it takes to much effort, give it a try. You deserve to bring the best into your world….That is what extraordinary living is all about.

Chia Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Soak all ingredients overnight, or at least an hour
  2. Stir when you are ready to use
Notes
Here are some options for creating breakfast puddings 1. Shredded coconut, fresh seasonal berries, and hemp hearts  with freshly made almond milk is my standard.
