What’s for dinner?

Seriously, we are all so busy that often it is a last minute choice. Whatever is in the house.

Enter………chaos, frustration, guilt, weight gain, confusion and more. I hear and see this all the time. Smart, strong busy folks who are exhausted and running out of energy find themselves throwing in the towel by creating excuses and seeking other pathways of learning and research when the answer is right in front of their nose (no pun intended).

Has crazy become your new normal?  Time to take back control of our lives with tools and tips that are healthy and  easy to use. Time to turn crazy into extraordinary!

As someone who has beaten Stage IV Cancer without traditional protocols, I understand the need to have easy fab recipes at our finger tips.

That is why I created this 90 second video for you.

No studio, no make up, just me sharing how we live here in the land of Renewed Living and Disease Prevention!

Video transcription below.

Hello! Elaine Gibson with RenewedLivingInc, and I’m coming to you on a Friday evening in our kitchen. This is a very impromptu video. You can probably tell by the way I’m dressed.

Anyway, I really wanted to share this with you. I have taken a whole head of organic cauliflower and sliced it so that each one is about an inch thick. I have brushed it with olive oil, sprinkled it with fresh lemon. I love the FOX POINT SEASONING by PENZYS. I’ve been using capers a lot lately and I’ve sprinkled some capers on. And this is a great way. Shhh, don’t tell Nevin, to just sprinkle on something like kelp. It doesn’t really taste but boy the benefits are amazing. So I’m going to pop it in the toaster oven for about 20 minutes on 350 and we will have a wonderful roast cauliflower steak dinner.

Wishing you and yours a happy and a grateful day.
