As I began to learn more about how to support my health and immune system, while fighting for my life to beat Stage IV Cancer without traditional protocols, I discovered essential oils.
These gems from nature are a perfect addition to my alkaline water and green juice as integral parts of my lifestyle.
Since I believe that a plant based alkaline and oxygen rich lifestyle is paramount, essential oils have become an integral part of our lifestyle. Talk about small actions with huge impact, this is a home run.
It is so important for us to engage in easy self care and love. Way too often we experience overwhelm and easily take care of ourselves last, if at all!
All of my clients are learning how to easily include these gifts of nature and are enjoying new experiences and benefits that are enhancing their lives. This is what I want for you. This is why we have included it in our Box of Extraordinary
On Guard a blend of Wild Orange, Clove Bud, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus and Rosemary is great for anyone who needs immune support . This is immune boosting, and a wonderful oil to combat bacteria and can be put on the bottom of the feet and wrists.
Lemon for my lymphatic system. Adding a drop of lemon to water in the morning stimulates white blood cells to defend the body 
against infection. Its detoxifying and regenerating properties are beneficial for the liver, and aid in bringing clarity to the mind and emotions.
Lavender for supporting my adrenals. I make sure I put two dro
ps on my wrists 2 times a day. Lavender essential oil has a calming scent, which makes it an excellent tonic for the nerves. Therefore, it helps in treating migraines, headaches, anxiety, depression, nervous tension, and emotional stress. The refreshing aroma removes nervous exhaustion, restlessness, and increases mental activity. However, this is also great for digestion, sleep, and even pain relief. Actually I use lavender in my evening bath or shower .
Peppermint this is a fabulous oil for cleansing the lymphatic system and releasing weight gain and a sluggish digestion. I love using it mid day for a wonderful pick me up.
Frankincense is the most precious of the ancient oils, Frankincense is highly sought after for its many uses, including relaxation, immune support, and mood enhancement.
