Healthy & Raw On The Go ~ NY Trip 3/09/12
Hello, Elaine Gibson here, Renewed Living! Listen, I’m just getting ready to go on a road trip for twenty four hours. It’s Saturday, March 9th, and I’m heading up to New York City. Tomorrow is Selection Sunday for the NCAA Tournament. I like to go up to the Studio; my son, Seth is a CBS analyst for the tournament. It is a fun day, so I make a weekend out of it and I thought I would show you what I’ve done. Read More

Gathered my alkaline water , green juice
and food so I could pack my cooler so I could head to the Big Apple.
Of course I left Nevin with a fridge filled with goodies.

You may be thinking that this seems like a lot of effort and time. The choice to plan and prepare actually saved me more time and money than stopping to eat and buying food.

Thanks sis. Next time I go out of town I’ll remember to plan my food better. Of course I always take my water and I had a baggie with some raw almonds but that was it. I had my juice before I left but then went two days without it. All your receipes look good. Looking forward to trying them. Love ya, debbie
hi elaine, thanks for continuing to motivate me.
yesterday we had our favorite green juice yet – cucumbers, celery, beet tops, garlic lemon and ginger
it was heavenly
in the evening we had another juice
this time we juiced the beet roots, cucumber, garlic and lemon
was a beautiful intense red
maybe this was too much sugar, since so much beet?
but for us tasted and felt great
thanks again!
Carolyn, So glad you continue to take steps towards this wonerful lifestyle. Keep up the great work!
